In January 2011, why do birds and Georg Spehr | tonophonie won the internationally tendered audio branding pitch for AG2R la Mondiale, a French insurance company.

The task was to transform the brand values »solidarity« and »performance« into an acoustic experience that expresses the unconventional look and feel of the AG2R la Mondiale brand.

In addition to a sonic logo, brand music, a brand voice, and various applications, a sound toolbox was developed to enable AG2R La Mondiale to implement its brand sound flexibly yet consistently across all media.

In 2013 and 2014, the acoustic concept for AG2R La Mondiale’s sponsorship of the »La Transat« sailing and »Tour de France« bicycling races were expanded to include dedicated sonic environments.
