Die BVG hat eine neue Stimme – ganz Berlin hört auf Philippa.
For some time now, we have been working with BVG and its lead agency Die Botschaft on a holistic audio branding for the Berlin public transport company. In addition to new signal tones, music and a sound logo, the voice is also an important part of BVG's new brand identity. It plays the main role in the announcements on the platforms and in the vehicles. After a long selection process with over 1,000 applicants, Philippa Jarke prevailed as the new voice of BVG.
Philippa is not only a dubbing artist and voice director, but also a Berlin native with heart and soul. She convinces with her unique voice and as a strong personality. In the last few months, she has recorded over 4,200 stations and announcements in our studio. She can now be heard on all buses and, from the beginning of 2021, on BVG streetcars and subways.
